Talk to a person.
Say hello — one consultant, a real conversation. We present each piece with its maker, designer, materials and available provenance documentation. Supply, final price and delivery timing are confirmed in writing before payment.
Coverage · Australia-wide
NSW · VIC · QLD · WA · SA · ACT · TAS · NT
Consultations can be arranged in Sydney or by video elsewhere in Australia. Product availability, freight and delivery windows are confirmed per quotation. Your enquiry stays with one consultant from specification through scheduling at hello@objena.com.
Ordering · Plainly
How an order works.
First, we confirm the piece. Current stock, finish, final price and the earliest delivery window are set out in writing before payment.
When maker availability is confirmed, we state the current lead time in weeks and agree the supply and delivery schedule with you before the order proceeds.
The same person, start to finish. Finish and fabric, freight and access, the delivery window — planned together, over email or a call. No ticket queue.
FAQ · Ordering & delivery
Good questions.
Is everything at Objena an original?
We identify each piece from the maker's own documentation and show the designer, materials, dimensions and care information available to us. Current supply status is confirmed before an order is accepted; pieces with unsettled supply terms remain enquiry-only.
How long does designer furniture delivery take in Australia?
In-stock pieces are dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne. If Australian stock is unavailable, the piece is supplied from the relevant overseas maker or warehouse. Timing depends on the confirmed stock position, destination and delivery service required. One Objena consultant confirms the current route and expected delivery window in writing before payment, then keeps you updated if the schedule changes.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
We can quote delivery across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, TAS and NT. The carrier, cost and delivery window depend on the piece and destination and are confirmed with you before the order proceeds.
What does “imported to order” mean?
When Australian stock is unavailable, the piece is supplied from the relevant overseas maker or warehouse. For made-to-order pieces, production begins against your confirmed specification after maker availability is checked. Your consultant explains the current overseas supply route and expected delivery window before you commit.
Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Yes. Write to hello@objena.com or call 1300 002 580 to discuss finishes, sizing, access and the current supply schedule with one consultant before you buy.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to everything we sell. If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, send photos to hello@objena.com — we arrange the repair, replacement or refund, and we organise and pay the return freight.
