Objena client notes
Reviewed August 2026
These sales terms explain how Objena confirms price, specification, supply and delivery. They should be read with the Privacy Policy and any written quotation or order confirmation.
Operator
Who you are buying from.

Prices & orders
Confirmation before commitment.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. An online order or accepted quotation is an offer to purchase. Objena confirms acceptance in writing after checking the product, finish, final price and supply position.
If a material listing, pricing or supply error prevents acceptance, we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund money already paid for it. We do not change an accepted price after confirmation except where you approve a change to the product, quantity, delivery or other scope.
Made to order
Specifications become commitments.
For made-to-order, customised or imported-to-order pieces, production or allocation begins only after the maker or warehouse confirms the specification. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed dates unless Objena expressly agrees otherwise in writing. We will communicate material changes we receive.
After maker confirmation, a made-to-order specification generally cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
Products & delivery
Natural variation and practical access.
Dimensions, finishes and imagery are derived from maker documentation and may be updated. Natural timber, stone, leather and hand-finished surfaces vary. Delivery cost, service, access requirements and risk are addressed in the order confirmation. You must provide accurate access information and a safe delivery location.
Consumer rights
Rights that cannot be removed remain.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any applicable mandatory law.
This page is an operational sales-terms draft and not a claim of external legal review. Objena should arrange legal review before relying on it for complex project or cross-border transactions.
